Gujarati Prawn Coconut Curry
An easy to make professionally cooked Gujarati prawn curry, in less than 10 minutes. Amazingly delicious and easy to make. its quicker than the take-a-away and a healthy little number.
Gently fry the machi masala with the sliced peppers in 1 tbsp of sun flower oil under low heat for 3 minutes to release the flavours and aroma. Drop in the prawns and cook for 5 minutes until pink and fold in the coconut milk, cook for further 3 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve with basmati.
