Protein Balls
  • 2 Tbsp Cashew butter
  • 150 g dried apricots
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oilmelted
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seedsheaped
  • 1 Tbsp protein powderheaped
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Place Cashew, apricots and coconut oil in a food processor and whizz until it forms lumpy pieces making sure to stop before it gets creamy. Then add the rest. whizz again until all ingredients are well mixed together but still a bit lumpy. Take small amounts of your mixture, roll them into small balls and finally roll in some desiccaimageted coconut. Place into a dish and chill for an hour before eating.
