Kicking Greens with a crunch
Ingredients
  • broccoli florets
  • Asparagus spears
  • green beans
  • brussel sprouts
  • brussel sprouts

Wash all the veg and cut the sprouts in half. Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a frying pan and when its melted add all the veg. Stir fry on medium for about 10 minutes making sure to keep stirring to prevent sticking. I like mine to be a bit browned around the edges. Then add a tablespoon of sliced almonds and carry on stir frying until the almonds become slightly toasted. Turn the heat of and lastly add a small shake of dried chillis, give it all a stir and serve with your favorite main dish.
