  • 4 strips of leftover grilled flank steak
  • 1 multigrain tortilla
  • handful of bell pepper strips
  • 1 thick slice of red onion
  • 1 /4 cup of cheddar cheese - shredded
  • Adobo seasoning
  • EVOO

How to make Flank Steak Quesadilla Coat the steak, onion, and peppers with EVOO and Adobo seasoning. Place on grill pan, or Forman Grill. Inthe meantime, place cheese on 1/2 of the tortilla. When all ingredientsare grilled, place over cheese. Fold other half of tortilla overitself, and place in Forman grill for 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.YUM! Serve with salsa and sour cream.
