  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 slices of whole wheat/rye/multigrain bread
  • butter
  • S&P

Bring water to a gentle boil and lower egg into water with a spoon. Cook for 4 minutes for L sized egg (60g). Crack top off with a knife, season with S&P. While egg's cooking, butter bread slice and toast until golden. cut into strips.
