  • 1 1/3 Cup of all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour.
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar (or more if you like it sweet..)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 /4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup of buttermilk or milk
  • 1 egg, beaten.
  • 2 teaspoons of butter, melted.
  • Extra:
  • Chocolate chips
  • blueberries
  • Cinnamon
  • Matcha powder
  • Chocolate powder
  • Coffee powder... etc.

Add the vanilla extract, milk, egg and butter together. Add the dry ingredients on a diff. bowl. Add the wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix until batter is formed. (Add your extra ingredients...) On a griddle or non-stick pan, spray with cooking spray. Using a ladle, pour some batter on the griddle and flip until bubbles form on surface. Flip until cooked. Garnish with fruit and syrup.
