Sundae with toasted muesli, banana and yoghurt

1 (simple multiply as required)
  • 4 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt (Total is the best one, the full fat variety!)
  • 4 tablespoons of Eat Natural toasted muesli, buckwheat (or use a good brand / homemade granola)
  • 2 tablespoons Date Syrup (I used Crazy Jack's, but honey or maple syrup would be great)
  • Half a banana, sliced

You're going to do two layers. Using a clear glass to serve it in, start by sprinkling in a layer of crunchy muesli / granola, followed by Greek yoghurt, then the bananas, and finally the syrup. Repeat: crunch, yoghurt, bananas, but then add more crunch so it's visible, and finally the syrup. Ta da!
