Easy chocolate bark
10 minutes
  • 300 g chocolate
  • Topping of your choice

1. Lightly oil a baking tray (one that you use for flapjack or similar). 2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave in short blasts, stirring at regular intervals. Or, over a pan of simmering water in a bowl. 3. Spread it over the baking tray and top as you like. 4. Put in the fridge to chill for about an hour or until set. 5. Make 3 different types per 'bar' as I did by simply keeping to 3 neat rows.
