Cornflake chicken nuggets with sweet potato chips

  • 200g cornflakes, crushed as fine as you like (by hand or in a processor)
  • 3 free-range eggs
  • 200g plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • salt and pepper
  • Wedge of lemon, to serve
  • Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Sriracha sauce
  • mayonnaise
