Simply whizz up 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (or melted coconut oil if you have it) with one teaspoon of water and the flesh of a whole, ripe avocado (the ‘surprise ingredient!) until very smooth. Then add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder (or raw cacao powder for an uber-healthy version) and 2 tbsp of honey and whizz again. Transfer to two bowls or ramekins and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours. Serve with fresh berries.
