Banana Choco-nut Smoothie
  • 8 oz dairy-free milk of your choice (I like Koko milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 dessertspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 dessertspoon peanut or almond butter

Whizz them up in a high speed blender and enjoy straight away. Then get back to work. Hi ho, hi ho. Better get the red pen out…
