Preheat oven to Gas Mark 4/180 degrees line a muffin tray with 12 cases.
Place flour baking powder and sugar in a large bowl. Mix and make a well in the centre. In a jug place oil, eggs, yoghurt and vanilla, whisk to combine. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until just combined. Fold through the lime zest, coconut and chocolate.
Divide the mix between the 12 cases and put in the oven. Bake for around 15-20 minutes. Test they’re cooked by feeling the top of one, it should bounce back when you press.
