Gluten-free, Grain-Free Chocolate, Almond & Coconut Paleo Bars

Ingredients
  • 100 g dates
  • 50 g Almonds
  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • 25 g dessicated coconut
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes, or until soft (unless they are Medjool dates) Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until you have a mixture of fine and chunky pieces of nuts Mould the dough into individual bars and freeze or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
