Preheat oven to 180 degrees/Gas 6
Add mince lamb, 2 of the chopped garlic cloves, herbs and salt and pepper to a bowl.
Mix together with your hands and form into balls.
In a frying pan brown meatballs lightly in a little olive oil (I added this step to give the meatballs some colour but you could pop them straight in the oven)
Once brown, transfer to a baking dish and cook in the oven for 15- 20 minutes.
With a julienne peeler, peel the courgettes into ribbons.
Add a splash of olive oil and your remaining garlic to a frying pan
Stir-fry the courgettes for a few minutes
Transfer to a plate and drizzle with a little lemon juice, place the meatballs on top.
